DUTCH | CAR | Lab Test is a practitioner-focused laboratory assessment using saliva collection. The DUTCH CAR assessment measures the cortisol awakening response using timed saliva samples collected around waking. It is intended to support practitioner evaluation of early-morning HPA-axis activity, stress responsiveness, fatigue patterns, sleep concerns, and resilience within a broader clinical context.

Markers / focus: Cortisol awakening response and timed salivary cortisol/cortisone markers.

Results are intended for use by qualified healthcare practitioners and should be interpreted alongside clinical history, cycle status where relevant, medication and supplement use, and other laboratory findings.
